If you are the parent or carer of a young person and would like to register a young person (under the age of 18 years old) to join BackTrack's day programs, please complete the below details. Due to the long-term nature of our program, we are restricted in the number of places we can make available. In completing the below Expression of Interest (EOI) we will be able to find your details on our system should the right opportunity arise to suit your known young person.
