A lawyer with over 25 years of experience in public policy and regulatory affairs, Vicki has previously worked in various senior government roles, including positions with a High Court Judge, the NSW Parliament, the NSW Cabinet Office and a senior NSW Minister. With a background in the insurance and financial services sectors she has also enjoyed senior positions with IAG, the Actuaries Institute and the Insurance Council of Australia and is currently an Ombudsman with the Australian Financial Complaints Authority. Vicki holds degrees in Arts and Law, and a Master of Laws and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Armidale born and bred, she has an innate connection to the community that BackTrack calls home and is passionate about supporting community resilience across other rural and regional areas.
