Marcus Watson began as CEO of BackTrack in December 2023 but has been in key Executive  Management roles with us for many years.

With a diverse background spanning engineering and construction industries and community sector work, Marcus brings a wealth of experience as a senior leader in the field of youth training initiatives, employment, and social entrepreneurship.

He spearheaded the BackTrack Network and established our social enterprise, BackTrack Works.
